RETURN POLICY

How to Request a Return:

1. Inform us of your issue by contacting our customer service team.

2. Clearly explain the problem with the product (e.g., defect, size issue, or other concerns).

3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to initiate the return process.

 

Conditions for Free Exchange:

If the product is defective or there is a size issue caused by us, the exchange will be processed free of cost.

Conditions for Paid Exchange:

If the issue is due to an error on your part (e.g., ordering the wrong size or product), you will be required to pay a delivery charge of PKR 200 for the exchange.

Important Notes:

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before processing.
