RETURN POLICY

How to Request a Return:

3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to initiate the return process.
Conditions for Free Exchange:
If the product is defective or there is a size issue caused by us, the exchange will be processed free of cost.
Conditions for Paid Exchange:
If the issue is due to an error on your part (e.g., ordering the wrong size or product), you will be required to pay a delivery charge of PKR 200 for the exchange.
Important Notes:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before processing.
